Palak Arora, amongst the youngest entrepreneurs in the millet industry, a food technologist from NIFTEM, All India Safe Food Cadre Professional and FSSC 22000 certified Lead Auditor, realized how difficult it was to find quick, healthy and wholesome meals that have weren’t full of additives.
